About this project
This campaign was designed for Sears Canada to promote the Sears.ca website, through a contest. The contest was also designed to generate a database of potential clients who were or soon would be (within 1 year) in the market to purchase a major appliance such as a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, or clothes dryers and washers.
Contestants were able to sign-up to win up to $8000 in appliance prizes from national brands which included: Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Whirpool, Maytag and Kenmore.
Results
The promotion generated in excess of 5 million visits during the timeframe of the campaign. Over 90% of site visitors registered for the contest.
